Position Title: LCSW Contractor

Category of Employment: Contractor

Provide clinical supervision and clinical oversight on a part-time basis. Must have current license and professional liability insurance.

Position Summary: The LCSW – Contractor has the responsibility for the coordination of mental health services. He/she will assume final responsibility for comprehensive, effective, and appropriate service delivery to program participants in the mental health program. The LCSW – Contractor will monitor the program’s compliance with licensure requirements. The LCSW – Contractor will provide direct oversight and supervision over the mental health staff.

Position Title: Life Skills Coach – C

Category of Employment: Contractor

Position Summary: Life Skills Coach – C is responsible for the 1:1 service delivery for individuals in the mental health program. He/she will assist the Clinical Supervisor with the implementation of individual service plans. He/she must exercise sound judgment, show initiative, and abide by Program, and state & federal policies and procedures. He/she will report directly to the Service Coordinator for general supervision and the LCSW/LPC for clinical supervision.

Position Title: Residential Support Aide

Category of Employment: Part-Time/On –Call

Position Summary: Residential Support Aide is responsible for the direct care services for individuals residing in the company’s Supported Living program. Under general supervision, this staff is responsible for supervising and supporting program participants with activities and meeting individual goals. He/she must exercise sound judgment, show initiative, and abide by Program, and state & federal policies and procedures. He/she will report directly to the Service Coordinator for supervision
